Can you connect to our existing databases and tools?
Yes — we connect to PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and most cloud databases. We also integrate with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, and others via API.
How real-time is real-time?
Depending on your data source and infrastructure, we can achieve sub-second latency for streaming data, or 1–5 minute refresh cycles for batch pipelines. We scope the right approach based on what decisions actually require real-time data.
Do you use third-party BI tools like Tableau or Looker?
We can — if your team already uses Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, we can build on top of them. We also build fully custom dashboards in React when proprietary tools do not fit your branding, embedding, or customization needs.
Who owns the data pipeline after delivery?
You do — completely. We deliver fully documented, source-controlled code that your team can maintain and extend. We also offer an ongoing support retainer if you prefer us to manage it.
Can you help us clean messy historical data?
Yes — data cleaning and normalization is often the majority of the work in analytics projects. We have experience working with fragmented, inconsistent, or legacy datasets and building transformation layers that produce reliable output.
Is the data stored securely and in Canada?
All analytics infrastructure is hosted on AWS ca-central-1. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 and access is controlled via role-based permissions with full audit logging.
